Broker Support Group

Broker Support Group (BSG) was formed in 1997 in Bloemfontein and has been operating as a portfolio manager since 2000. We have outgrown three office premises and is about to break ground for our forth premises. We have grown from 6 staff members since 1997 and now boast a staff complement of over 80, all of whom are experts in their field.

BSG also opened an official office in Cape Town in 2008 and has grown that to become the BSG national Underwriting and Marketing hub. Quality Assurance and Claims are still managed from our Head Office.

BSG has become a facilitator providing administrative support and assistance from small to medium sized brokerages, but also built strong ties with several national brokerages. We have acquired administrative facilities with all major insurance companies as well as with a number of specialist insurers to satisfy any insurance requirements of our associated broker partners. With this support, the brokerage is able to offer professional and efficient service to its clients.
